Yes, I always do a free home visit to view the job and talk to the customer regarding their ideas for the project, as well as highlighting any potential problems there maybe moving forward and how to overcome them, I also take this opportunity to workout materials needed for the project so I can give accurate pricing.

Once I’ve priced materials etc, I forward my quote back to the customer (usually within 2/3days)

Usually around 4/5 days (inclusive of the ceiling) which I usually board over if it’s cracked or Artexed, which is quite common.

Usually 2 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the job. 3 weeks is usually a back to brick refit, this often happens when tiles are removed pulling the plaster off with them.

Yes it’s included in the quote, and it’s all taken away and disposed of by ourselves.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the services we offer there is a certain amount of mess, although this is kept to an absolute minimum and usually contained in the room we are working on.

Yes that’s what we do! We cover all aspects of a bathroom refurbishment from start to finish along with plastering, stud work, new skirting board, architrave and decoration.
